How do you start a new year on the right foot as a product manager?
As product managers, there are a few important areas we need to address in order to set ourselves up to meet our goals and targets for the year ahead.
I believe that taking the time to absorb and learn is one of the best ways to manage better in the coming year.
I'm particularly excited about the loyalty product world in Israeli credit cards — these products are a critical part of what drives success for companies like ours. Developing innovative, high-quality products is a challenge I love, and we are ready for it.
