• Great to see women again leading the room — the workshop brought together women only from across departments in the company, and the discussion was interesting and enriching
• Don't be afraid — and start sharing! But in an authentic and considered way

The silence of sharing and writing in collaboration stems from various fears — but if we manage to expose our professional world while using the tool authentically and with intention, it ultimately brings enormous value.
