Keynote at TechGym's Senior Product group — exploring the B2B2C product model through a product manager's lens, covering both its unique challenges and its exciting opportunities for growth and impact.
How do you run a meaningful discussion with fellow product people about B2B2C and actually learn something new from each other?
I presented at TechGym's Senior Product group a tech community full of experienced product managers and role models and it was a genuine opportunity to shape our thinking and learn from one another.
We focused on the Product Manager's perspective within the B2B2C model: the challenges on the B-side (our business partners), and the end-customer value on the C-side. By the time we got to the scope of the model, even the people who thought they'd heard it all were surprised.

Happy to hear your perspectives on aspects I may have missed, and always open to reaching out for deeper conversations.
Thank you to the incredible mentors Michal Itzhaki and Mor Gorin for the accompaniment throughout.
