Can AI tools in organizations truly succeed or fail? In the end, it's all about people.
As part of Isracard's AI ambassador program, my role was to think about how to enrich my colleagues and introduce them to tools that fit their work in the most relevant way.
With so many new tools emerging every day, this could easily be overwhelming so where do you even begin?
In the first workshop, the focus was clear:
It would have been a smooth journey, if not for the organizational culture and mindset because even if we hear about the tools, there are still many reasons why AI adoption doesn't truly take hold in an organization. In my view, the people side of it is the real underlying reason.
So while it's possible to be part of a group of employees that is open to change, the drive to act better and smarter must come first. Just start.
Looking forward to the next session with my Alnstein group, and also to meeting our AI ambassadors!
